Meet Jen Bennett-Villareal

Licensed Real Estate Broker · SRES® · KW Realty Roanoke

Rooted in Roanoke — Literally

I grew up in Central Florida, where I learned early that homes are about more than square footage — they’re the stage for the moments that become a life. But the Roanoke Valley holds a place in my heart that goes far deeper than where I landed. Some of the region’s first settlers were my ancestors — this isn’t just where I chose to build a career; it’s where my family’s roots run generations deep. That connection shapes how I serve every client. Giving back to this community and its people is a core value, not just a talking point.

My family and I live in the Smith Mountain Lake community, where we share our home with three wonderful boys and four very loved dogs. My husband Kyle works in the Tech Industry and is always helping me in my real estate business – which I am so very thankful for! When we’re not chasing real estate deals, we’re exploring new destinations, tending the garden, antiquing, or embarking on whatever spontaneous adventure presents itself.

10 Years. Hundreds of Closings. One Standard.

Before I ever wrote a real estate contract, I spent time as a residential appraiser and worked as a Mass Appraiser at the County Property Appraiser’s office in the county I lived in, in Florida. I learned how houses are valued, what banks actually care about, and where transactions tend to fall apart. That perspective is rare in this industry — and it’s the reason my buyers don’t overpay and my sellers don’t leave money on the table.

For over 10 years I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Broker, and today I’m proud to call KW Realty Roanoke (Keller Williams) my professional home. I work referrals, repeat clients, and neighbors-of-neighbors — because the best business is the kind that gets handed to you across a kitchen table.

⭐ Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)

The SRES® designation is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to agents who complete advanced training in the financial, emotional, and lifestyle considerations that come with real estate decisions after 50.

For me, it’s personal. I help families navigate downsizing, estate transitions, age-in-place planning, and the conversations that come with leaving a home full of decades of memories. Patience and respect aren’t optional — they’re the whole job.
